ZDC offers common vault storage. This service is designed for the storage of items that might not fit into a safe deposit box such as artwork or collectibles. The cost for bulk storage is based on the size of the storage container and pricing is per cubic foot (12”x12”x12”). The Bulk Storage Agreement is for a term of one year and is paid annually in advance.

Access To Bulk Storage
The sealed storage container will not be opened by ZDC. Upon deposit a numbered seal will be affix to the container for security. Customers do not have direct access to the Bulk Storage Vault. ZDC personnel who have the only access to the Bulk Storage Vault area remove the storage containers from the Bulk Storage Vault. The account items requested will be brought to the owner in the Conference Room for examination and returned to the vault upon completion of the examination.

Identification
Signature cards and access codes are assigned to identify the Bulk Storage account and permit entry to the vault Conference Room area. The stored items are coded and labeled by account number upon deposit.

Access
There is no limit to the number of times the items account items may be accessed. Access fees are imposed. Bulk Storage account items are accessible during standard business hours by appointment.
