This Center is designed to safe guard wills and documents that must be maintained in file type environment for convenient access. The Corporate Records Center offers fireproof file cabinets within our high security vault. The Corporate Records Center offers on-site video surveillance with temperature, humidity and environmental controls and monitoring. Twenty four hour security guard monitor to Corporate Records Center.

• Available by single drawer or full (4 drawer) file cabinet.
• Each legal size file drawer is equipped with it’s own locking system. Two keys are issued and only the customer holds keys to the drawer.
• Drawer Specifications (20 ¾” Width X 31” Deep X 12” High)
• Each lessee or deputy will be required to have a signature card on file.
• The lessee or deputy will be required to sign an access form and provide security access code
  Number upon entering the vault area where they will pass through another security check into the Corporate Records Center.
